This website is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform. To place orders and access wholesale pricing, you must:

• Be a registered business entity
• Hold a valid resale certificate or tax exemption documentation
• Be an approved BALAJI Wireless wholesale customer
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

When you register for a wholesale account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information as needed
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

One account per business entity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

• All prices displayed are wholesale prices intended for authorized customers only and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order at the corrected price.
• Product images and descriptions are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance.
• Product availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee that any product will remain in stock.
• Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended only for your business use. Sharing pricing information with unauthorized parties is prohibited.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Payment terms are established per account (e.g., Net 30, credit card, wire transfer). Terms are subject to credit approval.
• Past due accounts may be subject to suspension of ordering privileges, late fees, or collection action.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases, except where a valid tax exemption is on file.

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup from our facility.
• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing carrier claims.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Re-delivery charges for address errors are the buyer's responsibility.

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for return and product condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
